Shipping Policy

Where Your Order Ships From

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, primarily located overseas. Because of this, delivery times are longer than typical UK next day or two day delivery, and we want to be upfront about that before you order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process before dispatch, followed by an estimated 7 to 12 business days in transit to the UK. Total delivery time is usually around 9 to 14 business days from the date of order, though this can vary depending on customs processing and your specific location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Customs and Import Charges

For most orders, standard customs clearance is handled as part of the shipping process. In rare cases, you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges upon delivery, depending on current UK import regulations. Furlee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays

While we work with reliable fulfillment partners, occasional delays can happen due to customs, high demand during peak seasons (such as Halloween and Christmas), or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Lost Packages
